Location Location - Stoke Newington

We had a very positive experience with Location Location looking for a rental property. Our agent Maya was friendly, approachable and informative during the process.

I have been selling my flat with location location. Most of my contact has been with drew , He has been helpful and very approachable, In fact I would say has gone above and beyond. Nothing has been too much trouble. Having not moved for 20 years I would say that It’s not been too stressful and I have been guided all the way . Would recommend the location location team To anybody looking to relocate. Anita Everard

Highly recommended letting agent service. Great support and communication from Donna, Anna and Anjali which helped make the whole process quick, easy and stress-free. Very happy with our new flat and would 100% use Location Location again in the future. Thanks to the whole team.

Location Location sold our flat to us so we decided to go back to them when we needed to move and sell. And they did a fantastic job in what was a tricky property market. Their staff are incredibly professional, thorough, friendly and refreshingly realistic. You do not feel as though you are being sold to, and they are genuinely decent people, nice touches like sending us flowers when we had our baby! They were proactively selling our flat as opposed to it being just another property for them to sell. From the get-go Anna Takkou was excellent in putting a strategic plan in place to make sure we were entering the property market at the right price point and at the right time, and then following up with us and adjusting our plan when we needed to, bearing in mind not only the state of the property market but our own personal circumstances as well. Drew Elias-Chrisostomou was great at pushing the selling process along, and Lauretta Caulfield steps in when the property is sold, and was very on top of things to keep the sale/exchange/completion processes moving along. And they did all of this through Brexit, us having a baby and COVID-19! We are very grateful to them, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell/buy/rent.

I would recommend working with this agency. I found them to be professional, relaxed (in a good way) and quick to respond to queries. Shout out to David Dyer for helping me through the process of renting my new place.

Myself and my boyfriend searched for approximately 3 years for a flat! Yes, we were quite fussy. During that time the Location and Location team were patient, responsive, professional, sympathetic and lovely to deal with. Our perseverance paid off and with help from Location Location we are now enjoying our new place. I think the whole Location Location team could feel our relief when we finally picked up the keys from them. It was a roller coaster of a process with COVID-19 delaying our sale for 9 months. However, Location Location stayed supportive throughout and kept the faith that we would get there in the end. It was fantastic to have them at the end of the phone / email during that tricky time, utterly reliable and helping us to maintain our enthusiasm and keep our heads. I would without any question recommend Location Location. You will be in very safe hands and you will feel looked after. Big thanks especially to Hannah and Lauretta. We recently used location location Stoke newington to help us find tenants for our home as we were moving overseas. David found us three prospective tenants very quickly - impressive given the current economic climate - and were very flexible and accommodating throughout the moving out process. We were particularly impressed with the level of attention David and the team paid to marketing our home. Their approach, in our experience, is very unique and effective. Overall very impressed with the service from the get go. David and the team were fantastic. Thank you for making it so easy!

Hannah is great - really listened to what kind of property I was looking for and results felt really personal to me. Always personable on the phone, took on board feedback if a property wasn't quite right and great at making sure I got a viewing spot - following up effectively but without making me feel like I was being chased. Can't wait to work with Hannah again :)

Highly recommended! I recently commissioned David at Location Location to find tenants for my property. It was a seamless and highly professional process - from taking photos to producing high end video footage of the property. Their marketing approach was very impressive and creative, during demanding times. I found David as well as the whole team to be incredibly helpful, responsive and professional.

Having used Location Location services for the past few years, we again reached out to them to find tenants for our property. During this unprecedented time, they worked hard and professionally to ensure both our tenants and prospective new tenants were all 'Covid' safe for viewings. I would have no hesitation and recommended their great services.
