I enjoyed the engagement with Mr Pierce Johnston from the beginning, albeit he made feel extremely old and ugly. There's a lot to be said about being polite and genuine and Pierce naturally offers these qualities. He's a honesty young man who is keen to help out his clients. The Church St estate agent gangs have a new kid on the block and I'm not sure they appreciate what they are up against. Thanks Pierce, you helped me out at a difficult time. Love the flat. Lee
