Location Location sold our flat to us so we decided to go back to them when we needed to move and sell. And they did a fantastic job in what was a tricky property market. Their staff are incredibly professional, thorough, friendly and refreshingly realistic. You do not feel as though you are being sold to, and they are genuinely decent people, nice touches like sending us flowers when we had our baby! They were proactively selling our flat as opposed to it being just another property for them to sell. From the get-go Anna Takkou was excellent in putting a strategic plan in place to make sure we were entering the property market at the right price point and at the right time, and then following up with us and adjusting our plan when we needed to, bearing in mind not only the state of the property market but our own personal circumstances as well. Drew Elias-Chrisostomou was great at pushing the selling process along, and Lauretta Caulfield steps in when the property is sold, and was very on top of things to keep the sale/exchange/completion processes moving along. And they did all of this through Brexit, us having a baby and COVID-19! We are very grateful to them, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell/buy/rent.

We had every horror story possible on the other side of the chain but they managed to keep our buyer for a year and were incredibly helpful and understanding.
