But we wanted to especially thank Amanda, who throughout a very challenging and to say the least stressful 5 months, offered a fantastic support to take us to the exchange stage. During this time she not only was present at every stage, but was forthcoming with frequent updates, offered plenty of useful advice, was a brilliant (and patient) negotiator, diffused several stressful conversations and made us feel valued as clients and well looked after. For that alone, we couldn’t recommend LL enough!

What a positive letting experience! David and Anjali were responsive and professional. They were also very friendly, which is not always typical of the letting experience. I am delighted to have moved in within seven working days of making an offer to let. Location Location has good processes (viewing, offer, referencing, right-to-rent check, a thorough professional clean, keys handover) and even arranged a welcome box of treats on my arrival. Whilst my experience is as a new tenant/with the lettings team, I would think this professionalism crosses over to Location Location's sales team too. Very chuffed with my new home, thanks!

The referencing company used was very easy, no stress. I didn’t feel pushed in to anything, but I really loved the property, and you get to put an offer in before putting a holding fee down which makes so much more sense !! I would definitely recommend renting through location location.
