I recently worked with Lauretta on a complicated leasehold purchase whereby my clients were aiming to complete before the SDLT deadline. Lauretta was incredibly proactive throughout the transaction, assisting the seller and their solicitor in getting an external wall fire risk assessment carried out and reported on within record time as well as getting replies from Hackney Council.
