From first interactions with the LL team I felt I was being listened to, my needs understood in both selling and buying a property. Peter is a wealth of knowledge and ideas, Anna passionate about the properties she represents, Drew, someone who acts with speed and brightens the day but ultimate kudos (in my experience) goes to Pantelis and Lauretta. Pantelis was fair and consultative in the selling of my property and also fully understood my needs when I articulated what I was looking for. I never felt sold to and I had complete faith that he was showing potential buyers my property with fairness. I felt looked after, consulted and reassured throughout the entire experience. Lauretta - a force to be reckoned with. A pleasurable whirlwind, force of nature. Without her our chain and ultimate exchange and completion would never have happened. In what seems like a world of scamming and infuriating agencies. LL are probably the only decent agency I’ve ever dealt with. Adam W, was so helpful throughout my tenancy and I am so grateful to him. From start to finish they were efficient as possible despite I imagine being extremely busy. Would recommend!

Location Location are a great estate agent. They have been incredibly helpful every step of the way during our (long) sale process. Especially Lauretta who was in constant contact with us and worked hard to ensure that the sale went through right up until the very last minute.
