I definitely would encourage anyone looking to sell to speak to the guys at Location Location. I noticed them initially a decade(!) ago as a buyer because of the way they presented their properties with a great eye for detail. Fast forward to this year when I was trying to sell my flat and it's clear they have such a detailed knowledge of the local area and beyond (they could tell me that a flat that caught my eye 10 years ago was back on the market again, they knew exactly which one I was talking about). Use them if you want to work with a team who make themselves available and are very motivated to make sure you have a sound pricing strategy given the current market, all access/viewings are clearly communicated and run effectively for you and sales progression once you have an offer ensures nothing slips to potentially derail the process. Super friendly people that are a pleasure to deal with as a bonus - particular shout-outs go to Tim, Lauretta, Peter, Ella and Oisin for getting me to completion, really appreciate all your combined efforts!
