We had a great service from the team handling our purchase of a family home. Sound advice and support from Pantelis and Drew as the sale progressed. Particular mention for the tenacity and commitment from Lauretta in the closing stages of the purchase , getting it across the line on time, which for a variety of reasons became stressful and complex han usual and involved a lot of hard work on her behalf.

Good reason Location Location are award winning... Having to sell my mum's flat after her passing away last year was emotional. I'd also never been involved in selling a property before, and lived 100s of miles away from the property. Going into this process, I was quite nervous - adding to this was the reputation I've heard about estate agents - I didn't want to be taken advantage of. The team at Location Location soon put me at ease, they were always happy to explain things to me that I didn't understand, we're always available on the phone and email, and gave very timely updates. All of this was crucial to feeling comfortable with the process. They often went above and beyond - arranging for a window to be fixed without charging me an additional fee, arranging for keys to be put in a key safe so my brother could have one last look at mum's flat at the weekend, and sorting out post that had been building up. Drew at Location Location on boarded me and secured a buyer who offered £25k above the asking price. Lauretta and Oisin in sales progression were brilliant and looked after me throughout the sale - responding to emails promptly (and I sent a lot) and literally ALWAYS on the end of the phone.
