Location Location - Stoke Newington

Excellent service and great communication. I've been renting with them for over a year and only had one maintenance "emergency", which property manager Will Thacker sorted out super quickly and efficiently. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Great estate agents! A big thank you to Peter and Lauretta at Location Location who provided a great service and were extremely helpful when I was selling my property. I'd definitely recommend Location Location to anyone looking for a property in or around Stoke Newington.

We're currently in the process of signing a new lease and have been working with Anna Takkou which has been an absolute pleasure. Anna has gone above and beyond to help us put together an offer. She has a great understanding of the landlords she's working with, the type of tenants they'd want and is equally aware of the tenants' needs. Also just a really great energy and ability to put you at ease, as well as a huge amount of knowledge she's picked up throughout her career.

Really good, personal service. Felt like the team were really invested in making our sale a success. A particular word of thanks to sales progressor Lauretta who's patience in dealing with our regular phone calls for updates as the process went back and forth between surveyors, lawyers and mortgage companys was highly appreciated. Selling a property is a stressful time and to have someone as calm, efficient and knowledgeable as Lauretta as our point of contact was of great comfort

Really great experience so far with Location Location. The team are very proactive and deal with issues quickly with regular updates. First time in London I've felt like the estate agents were genuinely concerned with getting issues solved. Highly recommend as a tenant, and would definitely consider if I were buying/becoming a landlord in the future.

We have recently purchased through Location Location and have been very pleased with the service. Our initial viewing was really easy going and we weren't patronised with the usual jargon like a lot of estate agents. Since we had our offer accepted and up to completion, we've had clear and prompt communication and all our questions answered. We spoke with a few people along the way but mainly Lauretta who was a pleasure to deal with and helped push it along. Recommended and would use again.

The best estate agency I ever dealt, both in London and abroad. The entire process from start to finish was as smooth and hassle free as it could be. Will Thacker was brilliant and did everything possible to ensure my tenancy went without a hitch, extremely responsive, friendly and professional. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Awesome people who care. Brilliant and innovative marketing approach. Stoke Newingtons best agent by a long distance

Location Locations service has been excellent! From our first meeting with Adam the process has been made really simple. Adam was very knowledgeable and made us feel in safe hands when came to renting our first property. We opted for the flat to be fully managed so have been introduced to Will who has also been equally amazing! Location Location have been really on the ball on letting the property out and keeping everything for the property running smoothly. We would highly recommend their service!

We recently worked with Location Location on both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. They were professional, very responsive, friendly, honest and helpful, not only during the marketing of our house and search for our next place, but even when things got challenging as the deals were progressing. The best working relationship with an agency we've had. The entire team were great (and genuinely worked as a team), but especially Lauretta and most of all, Tim.
