Brilliant service from beginning to end. Vicky and her team were so helpful and supportive throughout. Lauretta was particularly great at helping me through the finish line as was Tim who has gone above and beyond to help me with my next steps flat hunting. Highly recommended to anyone buying or selling a home.
Having bought my flat through Location Location back in 2010, it was great to go back to them when it came time to sell. Peter and Lauretta - the main points of contact - were consistently helpful, friendly and trustworthy, and supportive through what turned out to be a complex and lengthy completion (due to unforeseen circumstances at the bottom of the chain). I would definitely recommend LL for those buying, selling and renting in Stoke Newington.
Having been a 'renter' in London for almost 10 years I can honestly say Location Location's service has been miles ahead of others I have used - bucking the typical trend of short sighted agents. Naturally we had issues arise and Will Thacker dealt with it all very professionally and timely, even responded out of hours to alleviate concerns and handle any situations. Refreshing to have such a good service when renting in London - highly recommend!
We have recently purchased through Location Location and have been very pleased with the service. Our initial viewing was really easy going and we weren't patronised with the usual jargon like a lot of estate agents. Since we had our offer accepted and up to completion, we've had clear and prompt communication and all our questions answered. We spoke with a few people along the way but mainly Lauretta who was a pleasure to deal with and helped push it along. Recommended and would use again.
Did a great job for us - recommend.
Will Thacker at Location Location was very helpful throughout our tenancy and very responsive. I would reccomend
Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and they made the process run very smoothly. I would like to thank the team for all their great help!
Amazing estate agents. Always quick to respond and handle all queries and issues. Would highly recommend.
Possibly the most convoluted house sale you could imagine, and dealt with by Peter at LL with patience and professionalism. Great to work with.
Adam and Will were great! I was in a rush and they were very helpful and on it! Thanks so much for the speedy great service.
