Location Location - Stoke Newington

A great deal of work went into the sale of my property, and many hurdles were overcome. Especially helpful was Lauretta Caulfield, who fielded many a tense conversation over the purchase period. Many thanks

Our experience of finding and renting a flat became a lot more easy from the moment I spoke with Willl. He is always very helpful and available to speak at anytime. Location/Location makes the whole process simple. Thank you!

Efficient, professional and easy to work with, I would highly recommend Location Location if you are looking to sell your property. I dealt with Peter May and Lauretta Caulfield with our recent purchase in Stoke Newington and both were a pleasure to work with.

I've had an amazing experience with Location Location. Especially when compared to other estate agents. Will and Adam have been super helpful throughout. Very flexible and relaxed.

I used location location for the sale of my flat and throughout the process they were efficient and professional, right from the word go. Some of their communications during the sale were a bit patchy at times but after we'd agreed a sale they were very on top of getting things closed out. I would recommend them heartily.

I've been renting a flat through this agency for six months and their service in that time has been nothing short of exemplary. The few issues that came up were addressed swiftly by property manager Will, who has been tremendously helpful throughout my tenancy.

As a landlord there is always so much to organise to make sure you are meeting regulations and at the same time meeting needs of your tenants. Working with Will and Anna made it all easy - professional, efficient, knowledgable, and anticipation any questions. All done with good humour. Thank you so much.

Adam & Location Location did a fantastic job. Having purchased a property (painlessly) through Location Location some years ago, it was a very easy decision to approach them as letting agents. I would happily recommend them to friends (and to the internet!).

I have found all the staff at Location Location to be extremely helpful and courteous. A big thank you in particular to Will who handles the management of my property, and Adam who found my new tenants. I'd definitely recommend their services.

I had the pleasure to meet Anna Takkou once and I have to say I m impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm as a Property Consultant . She inspires trust and, truly, the feeling she is there for you, the tenant, which I find quite unusual these days.Which is why when I needed advice on housing and legal matters outside her agency's or her personal interests, I turned to her and she was incredibly responsible and more than willing to help. Strongly recommend LocationLocation just because of her!
