Location Location sold our flat recently and were fantastic. They quickly lined up buyers and we accepted an offer in 2 weeks after it being on the market. Then the hard work really started, we were in a chain of 3 people (that's 2 estate agents, 2 sellers, 2 buyers and 3 solicitors) which is complicated and stressful, Azhar went out of his way to keep contact with everyone across the chain and keep us up to date with progress and all with a smile. I would (and have) recommended Location Location to others who are looking to buy / sell in the area.

I really don't understand any of the bad reviews here. Me and my husband asre in the process of drawing up contracts to rent a property with LocationLocation and have found them unbelieveably attentive and efficient. Both Azhar and Nicola have gone out of their way to keep us up to date through the whole process and have made it very easy and hassle free. We are very pleased with the service we have received.

JLL Greenwich managed our renal flat and also handled the sale of it. From the property management side, Keely was quite efficient compared to the last management company we used. She was responsive and took care of things. But she it did usually take her a few days to return emails. I assume there were just too many properties to handle. As for the sale side, Michael and Sam were quick to take action to find alternate buyer when the first buyer fell through. I wish they could have recognized sooner the first buyer was stalling. Also, I wish the transition of the renter into the buyer could have been done more seamlessly so that there had been no loss of rental income. The renter could have stayed renting while buying the flat. A few loss opportunities but the overall process was satisfactory.

I used Location Location to sell my flat. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received from them. The team were professional and responsive overall, although I did have to chase them at various points. My only criticism is that I felt the marketing process was slow at the beginning and I worried that the team weren't promoting my property enough. However, viewings did pick up and the property did sell, which did restore my trust in them as a team. I am glad I used Location Location and feel they were the best estate agent to instruct, as they seem to have a monopoly in the area and are a small independent team who were clear, proactive and professional. I would recommend them.
