Location Location - Stoke Newington

My requirements for a flat were thoroughly assessed and I was shown a flat that completely met my needs. Everyone I dealt with at Location Location was friendly, helpful and efficient. Even after exchanging contracts it was made very easy for me to visit the flat and prepare for my move. On moving day I received not only the keys but an extremely useful and well thought out box of practical items to make moving in a real joy. And even after I moved they continued to help me with information to make me fell really at home and enjoy living here in Stamford Hill. The whole team were excellent but I would have to single out Anna and Jamie who really went the extra mile for me.

Fabulous service from start to finish. The sales team were fantastic, responding quickly and always on top of things. Peter and the team did a great job with the sale and handed over seamlessly to Lauretta who drove the deal through with tenacity and excellent timely communications. Highly recommended.

We switched to Location Location after failing to sell with another agent who had been marketing our property for over nine months. We have been very impressed by their dedication ,hard work and reliability. Communication was excellent throughout the process and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thankyou to Peter,Tim and Lauretta for always being readily available ,honest and direct with your help and advice. They ensured a quick sale with limited stress. Liz and Frank Landy

We have recently bought our first home with the help of Location Location. The Sales Consultant, Hannah, was very proactive in offering her help throughout the process and ensured that the sale of the property went as smoothly as possible. I have been very impressed with the quality of customer service from all members of staff that we have come in contact with at Location Location. They were always on-hand to chase-up the vendor for enquiries and were quick to respond to all enquiries. Many thanks to all the team!

Highly recommend Location Location. I've worked with them for a number of years from both perspectives of buying a flat to managing the property and consistently impressed by their services. Will, Adam and Peter are highly knowledgeable, professional, efficient and make the process straightforward for all concerned.

Location Location are excellent agents, very attentive and quick to respond with any problems or questions. We were in a property for two years and our property manger Will Thacker has been great with any checks and solving the very few problems we've had at the property. Would highly recommend and would still be with them had I not moved from the area.

We have used almost all the estate agents on Church Street and Location Location are, for us, the hardest-working and most effective of the bunch. They are user-friendly, intelligent, plain-speaking and immersed in their market. They value to sell rather than merely to win the instruction, unlike certain others on the Street. They are charming with prospective buyers, unlike the grating manner of some of their competitors. They actually market your property, instead of putting it on Rightmove and waiting for the phone to ring as some agents do. We have no hesitation in recommending them as the best agent on Church Street.

Very happy with the friendly and professional service provided by all at Location Location in selling our property. They were able to get a decent number of viewings which resulted in two offers. And Lauretta worked tirelessly to help ensure the sale remained on track and deal with any difficulties that arose.

We recently sold our flat with LL in what has become a tricky and changing market. The sale was at times difficult but Vicky, Tim, Peter and Donna were a great support and managed to keep the sale on track. Tim in particular was always on hand to give advice and feedback. Local knowledge is extremely important in this market and Vicky and her team are well connected to the community. Our view is this is very important when selling at this time to really understand your potential buyers. Thanks LL we got there!

I'm resident in Dorset now so it's really important that I can rely on the team at Location Location to deal with my rental property and the tenants in a professional and timely manner. Will and Adam and Anna have been great, they have dealt with the departing tenants, kept me fully informed about viewings and found me a lovely new tenant who informs me she is happily settled in. I'm really happy with the service I have received from Will, Adam and Anna and would highly recommend them. Thank you guys Sherrill Luck
