I finished an apartment purchase conveyancing last month but I was very pleased with sales manager Susan's dealing. She is a real professional and responded promptly all the time and even when communicating with the seller, so everything went well to completion. She was so helpful until completion and after completion. She did a great job. A big thanks to Susan.

Ben at John Payne was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. As first time buyers, Ben was an invaluable source of information on the ins and outs of of the buying process, and always keen to help. The conveyancing process was particularly tough, with both the seller's and our own solicitors often difficult to get in contact with, Ben was a tremendous help with keeping progress towards exchange & completion going, chasing relevant parties on our behalf and going above and beyond in his role as an intermediary. Almost always available to call and actively following up if engaged elsewhere. We are very happy with the purchase of our new flat in Greenwich, and would like to thank John Payne and Ben in particular for providing a top class service from first viewing right through to completion.

John Payne Greenwich (both East and West branches) have been superb in all our interactions with them. We bought our flat in Greenwich through John Payne 4 years ago and were very impressed then, so decided to use them when the time came to sell the flat. We're delighted to report that they have been fantastic throughout the sale process too. Sue (Susan Denny) and Alison McAdorey have been professional, responsive, extremely helpful at all times and have made what was generally a very painful process significantly smoother and easier than it might otherwise have been. We had a fair few bumps along the way and the team at John Payne guided us through each of them - we cannot stress enough how pleased we are with their service and we would highly recommend to any potential buyers or sellers.

John Payne offered A* service from the outset - extremely professional, friendly, courteous and always with good humour. Matthew Wright and Andrew Castle visited our property and provided excellent advice and then Susan Denny (Sue) became our key point of contact and managed the sale with support from Ben Smith. Moving in 2020 with the global pandemic was never going to be straightforward, but Sue is superior to any other agent we have come across. John Payne and especially Sue are immensely proactive and really do offer a fantastic service. Despite what became a difficult sale due to the virus and some building regulation issues, Sue’s determination to get the sale over the line never wavered. Ben and Sue were relentless in getting feedback from viewings and kept us up to date in real-time throughout the process, often providing key information before our lawyers did. John Payne and Sue always went the extra mile. Thank you!

We bought our house through John Payne and the service from the team has been fantastic, this is a breath of fresh air especially because our previous experience with other estate agents have not been good... We dealt with Ben and Susan, and they have both been fantastic throughout the viewing and post sale process. Susan was extremely efficient and helped push the completion process and was hands on with any issues that came up. Couldn't fault them! Would recommend John Payne and the east Greenwich branch for sure and thank you for making the experience as less stressful as possible!

We used John Payne to sell our flat in Greenwich, completing in March 2021. We found the service to be very professional. Matthew valued our flat and we felt he was articulate, professional and fair when discussing our prospects. Ben was our estate agent, and he was very diligent and responsive throughout. We were also often assisted by Sue, who’s reassuring air of calmness was much appreciated. During the time our flat was on the market, we were frequently present during viewings, and thought Ben’s enthusiasm for the flat & his knowledge of the development and the local area were great strengths and really helped to sell the flat. We had issues with the first buyer whose offer we accepted, but Ben and Matthew together quickly resolved the situation and we proceeded with another offer. Throughout Ben was in frequent contact with us, and if we couldn’t immediately get hold of him, he would always respond a short time later. This became particularly important during the fraught period around exchange/completion, which wasn’t helped by our particularly dreadful solicitors. We were so relieved to see Ben’s determination to force our solicitors to actually do something matched our own, and he coordinated efforts with the buyers solicitors as well. Eventually, the deal was done and we successfully completed. We are very happy with the service received from John Payne and would definitely recommend them to other Greenwich residents. Ben’s honesty, enthusiasm and determination was brilliant and we felt lucky to have him selling our flat for us.

We had the priveledge of having Susan Denny from John Payne assist us on finding a house we would love. She was extremely patient with as we went through many a house and in some instances viewed a house or 2 a couple of times. Her dedication to helping us find a dream home was simply awesome.
