My sister and I engaged the services of John Payne, East Greenwich. after we had been attempting to sell a property for well over a year. We had been frustrated on a number of occasions for a number of reasons but Lucy and her team, particularly Abbie, quickly rose to the challenge. They marketed the property professionally and worked hard to secure as many viewings as possible. They advised us sensibly using their obvious experience and as a result we were better able to determine those potential buyers who were serious and those who ultimately were not. Once a credible buyer was identified, they worked very quickly to bring solicitors together and to get the searches and enquiries completely in a timely manner. Despite some last minute unexpected challenges, Abbie managed to get us to exchange before Xmas and to complete on 4th January. Very impressive and very impressed.
