My recent move in has been super smooth thanks to the help of Joana Ferreira and Joanna Chamiola Phillips. They have been (and still are) very responsive and efficient in handling any of my requests, as well as providing me with timely updates on contracts, transferring utilities and anything related. They helped me quickly reach the landlord to have stuff fixed and cleaned around the apartment, which was very helpful and allowed me to resolve issues quickly. Highly recommend!

I have just completed my purchase/sale and dealt with Tracy Bennett at Coulby Newham office. She is amazing, has been in regular contact and has steered us through a tricky 7 months. My experience with JLL was absolutely great. Me and my colleague, took a little risky approach and rented it without even seeing the place in person. Pierre, who was our agent has done a fantastic job, he was very responsive, helped us negotiate the contract and overall was very very helpful. I have just moved in here yesterday, and the flat is great.
