We recently purchased our new home through Mann. We were incredibly impressed with the service, professionalism, responsiveness and ownership of the transaction provided by Felicity and also her colleagues if she was unavailable for any reason. Could not fault them. Went above and beyond what you would expect from them and my only regret is that we didn't use them to sell our house as this process was already underway elsewhere.

Our recent search for a suitable property for myself and my partner was proving a difficult task. We had already been badly let down by another estate agent. We came to Mann estate agents where we were helped by Danny and Paul. We were living in a hotel, having to eat takeaways as we had no kitchen to cook, so time was of the essence. I have been working with Mann for last 2 months to sort out renting a flat on quite short notice and I have been very impressed with my experience. The agent that has been working with and helping me is Danny, who has been nothing but a pleasure to work with, this is my first time renting and on every step he has been quick, precise and informative about the process, which has helped the whole experience be much less daunting and anxiety ridden. My recent move in has been super smooth thanks to the help of Joana Ferreira and Joanna Chamiola Phillips. They have been (and still are) very responsive and efficient in handling any of my requests, as well as providing me with timely updates on contracts, transferring utilities and anything related. They helped me quickly reach the landlord to have stuff fixed and cleaned around the apartment, which was very helpful and allowed me to resolve issues quickly. Highly recommend!
