Megan was really superb in helping me find a flat in Westminster that suited me perfectly. Would absolutely recommend her as a professional agent. I was working with several agents from various agencies and Megan really stood out. Very professional and organized. She only showed me flats that represented exactly what i was looking for to make best use of my time. Very knowledgeable about the flat that I ultimately pursued. Pointed out all the positives and negatives very clearly. She was then very candid, transparent and efficient in the negotiation of all the terms. All in, I ended up in a flat that was exactly what i was after and the state of the flat when i moved in was exactly as promised. Very happy customer.
