I've had the same reserves as surely many had on real estate agents - but have been positively surprised! The team at this JLL office take their job seriously, and work highly professionally. Speedy responses, reasonable expenses are no question, and problems are discussed early and solution-oriented. Just to make a point - the agent I speak to (Yusuf Ziya) in the rentals team has been my contact at JLL for surely 4 years at least - proves the consistency in the team!

I have been a tenant with JLL since October 2016. Yusuf is our property manager and he has been nothing but friendly and helpful since our very first day in the property. We have had a couple of minor issues in the flat due to normal wear and tear and Yusuf has resolved these quickly and pain-free, there has been no need to follow up as he is proactive and gets the job done the first time round. He always answers his phone and replies to emails immediately. Past experiences with property managers have not been nearly this pleasant! I highly recommend being a tenant with JLL.

I became a tenant with JLL in September 2016. My property manager is Mara and people involved in initial paperwork were Michael and Bruna. I am thoroughly impressed with quality of service that all of them have provided. The previous agencies that I've dealt with simply can't compete. There were a few problems with the property that needed to be taken care of. I've had a number of landlords before and based on those experiences my hopes weren't very high. To my absolutely positive surprise, JLL were different. Mara worked with me tirelessly to get everything resolved. She was very responsive, she liaised with the contractors and always kept me up to date on how repairs arrangements were progressing. Thanks to Mara's work, everything has been kept in working order during my tenancy since then and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend JLL and this particular branch.
JLL (in particular Yusuf) has been our property manager since we moved into our property some 5/6 months ago. We have had a couple of small issues with our toilet and washing machine not working properly and every time Yusuf has been helpful, polite and proactive in getting the issue fixed. Couldn't recommend enough and thanks for all your hard work!
I recently became a tenant through JLL and have been extremely impressed with the level of service provided by everyone we have communicated with throughout the whole process. Specifically, on noticing the appearance of some water damage in the ensuite I contacted the property manager, Yusuf Ziya, who has been diligent and efficient in getting the situation resolved. On learning the appointment with the contractors wasn’t going to happen for a week he even contacted the contractors on my behalf to arrange an earlier time to get the problem looked at. Because of his involvement the appointment occurred the very next day. Additionally, he has followed up on the issue several times, completely unprompted, to ensure I didn't need ongoing help. Needless to say, the level of care taken to ensure a speedy and straightforward solution has made a situation that could have become stressful a satisfying experience instead. JLL has my thanks and my recommendation.
