He is an excellent and talented professional who has always provided nothing but clear and practical advice in our 3 year relationship - unlike typical high street agents. Our confidence in the whole Nine Elms project has continued to increase thanks to folks like him and JLL and their physical presence in Nine Elms provides an additional degree of comfort with ears on the ground.

JLL (in the capacity as a property manager) is resourceful and reliable. They have a good network of services providers who could attend to issue fairly quickly (for example, Ralph as the handyman). My property manager, Hannan Ennassri has clearly raised the bar for the industry. Hannan is very professional, responsive and extremely helpful. She always goes above and beyond to make every situation better. You would totally want to rent an apartment for the fact that it is managed by Hannan.
