As a landlord, JLL Greenwich started seeking for the right tenants once after the staff viewed my property. Though before I signed the agreement of their service, they had already led prospective tenants to view the property. They are responsive with my contacts and requests too.

I had a great experience when I was a tenant with JLL. Ms. Keely Wesley helped me with managing the concerns pertaining to the property and she was especially helpful for resolving a long-standing issue with one of the utility suppliers. Also a shout out to Sam Palmer for his assistance with acquiring the property. As a side note, I did have some concerns about the check-out report prepared during end-of-tenancy, just an honest feedback.

JLL Greenwich managed our renal flat and also handled the sale of it. From the property management side, Keely was quite efficient compared to the last management company we used. She was responsive and took care of things. But she it did usually take her a few days to return emails. I assume there were just too many properties to handle. As for the sale side, Michael and Sam were quick to take action to find alternate buyer when the first buyer fell through. I wish they could have recognized sooner the first buyer was stalling. Also, I wish the transition of the renter into the buyer could have been done more seamlessly so that there had been no loss of rental income. The renter could have stayed renting while buying the flat. A few loss opportunities but the overall process was satisfactory.

JLL has been managing our property in Meridian South since 2013. Owing to the pandemic, it has been particularly difficult for all people involved and we appreciate that tasks were off schedule, e.g. the mid-term property inspection. However, we would have appreciated being kept informed with regard to any delays. When Keely Wesley became the Property Manager for our property, she immediately updated us on the above issue and sent us a report when it became available. She responded to all our emails and returned our telephone calls. She is efficient and reliable and has limited the stress on us as landlords. Thank you, Keely. Mr & Mrs L Clayton

So my first experience with JLL Greenwich was terrible. They were late in contacting me when there were delayed payments or client related problems. I reluctantly let them run my property one last time - final chance. To be honest, I am glad that I did. Keely Wesley has been brilliant. She is always keeping me in the loop, sound advice. Let us hope the professional relationship with JLL continues.PositiveResponsiveness

Overall Dovile has proved to be highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with, She has handled everything we've put her way. Moreover, I actually got the impression she cared about our happiness in our new home - a bit of a rarity these days. She also proactively contacted us when this property came on the market knowing it would be of interest to us. The only downside was the referencing process - where the company JLL subcontracted to did a poor job and didn't read the supplied information properly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
