Sarah has been the most helpful agent that I have spoken to. I have been using JLL for my last renting application. I have been impressed by the professionalism of this agency. Its agent Michael Chu has been very reliable throughout the whole process, organising the viewing, taking additional videos, answering all the questions regarding the apartment that caught my attention and making sure that I was aware of the situation at every step of the process until the signature of the tenancy agreement.
