I was very fortunate to have a great estate agent, Michael Chu made sure that I had everything I needed and was very kind and professional throughout the entire process. They went the extra mile by offering to help to find movers that operated in lockdown or answer random questions... as and when I had them! Thank you JLL!

Michael and Bruna were both so helpful throughout the process of moving, and gave us all the necessary information so what is normally quite a stressful time was made extremely stress-free! Michael was very professional showing us around the flat, great agency that I would recommend to anyone!

Currently renting a property from JLL, they are very professional and a pleasure to let from, and kinder to the self employed than some other London estate agents! Our property manager Joana in particular is extremely responsive and helpful, I would definitely recommend JLL and their great team.

I have been renting a place via JLL for several years now and recently came across few issues that I needed an assistance with. As property manager I dealt with previously left, I was assisted by new manager - Joana Ferreira. And what a difference did she make! All my issues have been acknowledged, addressed, and resolved in a matter of days! Joana was very helpful and understanding, as well as responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She's a true asset for JLL!
