My boyfriend and I recently bought a house in Greenwich with JLL. Our estate agent was called Ed and he did a fantastic job throughout the process. We had previously viewed a house with Ed and he actually identified this house for us as something we would be interested in. Based on his recommendation we went to see the property and absolutely loved it - so he really understood what we were looking for in a property. We were able to get viewings quickly which meant we got the opportunity to make offers on properties that would sell quick. We experienced delays with the sellers solicitors but Ed remained on top of the process at all times, chasing all relevant parties and keeping us in the loop. He was very responsive and facilitated passing messages between ourselves and the sellers. We were very impressed by JLL, and specifically Ed and couldn't be happier with the service we received. We were super-impressed with the service we received from the JLL team in selling our East Greenwich house recently. Right from the start, the team was extremely proactive and we were on the market within a week of Graham undertaking our valuation. Eduard was our main point of contact and he was extremely responsive, keeping us updated on viewings and feedback.
