The actual sale proved quite difficult due to various issues but Michael kept up communication and informing us of what the buyer was doing. We worked with Michael from JLL to try to secure a rental property over the holidays. He went above and beyond negotiating with the landlord on our behalf for pet friendliness and furnishings, but in the end we were unable to move forward with this property.
