Its agent Michael Chu has been very reliable throughout the whole process, organising the viewing, taking additional videos, answering all the questions regarding the apartment that caught my attention and making sure that I was aware of the situation at every step of the process until the signature of the tenancy agreement.

JLL Greenwich is unequivocally the best letting agents I have used. After 7 years in London and many more moves in that time, I haven't come across an agency that deals with not only the lettings but the process leading every step until the move in day. Hayley Peverley and a Bruna Faria were exceptionally impressive. I loved Hayley's candour, helpfulness and honesty when viewing the property, and also her willingness to help even while on holiday.
