We have just recently rented a flat through JLL and have been very happy with the process. Eilis from the office was very responsive, professional and empathetic. She really made the search easier for us by suggesting and making us view properties that matched our criteria perfectly. We would definitely recommend JLL and would use them again ourselves in the future.

Quick response and great communication, despite it took a bit longer than expected to solve the issue in our apartment but I must mention Keeley Wesley who took over our case as a Property Manager and responded very quickly, literally the next day she already started booking an engineer, kept me updated and the issue was fixed at the end as promised. Polite and friendly communication via email, I was super happy that she was so responsible on that matter!

Currently renting a property from JLL, they are very professional and a pleasure to let from, and kinder to the self employed than some other London estate agents!
