Fantastic experience with JLL Greenwich - mainly Ed Diac but also Graham and the support team as well. Ed in particular went out of his way at every stage (even though I was not the one paying JLL!) and was communicative and proactive throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, including extra viewings, additional questions and liaising with other parties to get my purchase over the line. Charlotte and Graham were both fantastic throughout what proved to be a very difficult exchange period for us. We were under a lot of pressure from our developer but Charlotte and Graham really went above and beyond to ensure we got to the exchange we were desperate for after a number of issues with the seller. They were in constant contact on a daily basis with regular updates. I was very tempted to go with Purple Bricks but am now 100% sure I made the right decision going with JLL as I know that you cannot beat the service provided by a reputable high street estate agent.
