Also was very helpful accommodating our specific needs, as we were just moving into the UK for the first time. We rented a property on Trafalgar Road through JLL in Greenwich - fantastic experience from start to finish. A real change to all other letting agents we have had in London. Isobel showed us multiple flats and it felt like she truly knew the flats and the locations well - not just winging it. Bruna handled the admin side and was quick and clear. Just a quick note to say how fantastic JLL have been during our buying and selling process in Greenwich. I touched base with Charlotte roughly a year ago but couldn't move forward for various reasons. She stayed in touch every 2/3 months checking in until we were finally in a position to go. Great communication on getting the valuation booked, pictures taken and we were on the market within 2 weeks. Its fair to say conveyancing was a bit of a struggle (nothing to do with JLL) and both Charlotte and Adam were integral in getting us over the line to completion. Always answering emails and calls promptly, pro-actively chasing solicitors and just being cool.. Honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough! Top job - thanks so much. Dave and Catherine
