Just a quick note to say how fantastic JLL have been during our buying and selling process in Greenwich. I touched base with Charlotte roughly a year ago but couldn't move forward for various reasons. She stayed in touch every 2/3 months checking in until we were finally in a position to go. Great communication on getting the valuation booked, pictures taken and we were on the market within 2 weeks. Its fair to say conveyancing was a bit of a struggle (nothing to do with JLL) and both Charlotte and Adam were integral in getting us over the line to completion. Selling a property is never easy but especially not during one of the worst markets in recent years. JLL were great from the start - they valued our property in line with the other agents we were looking at and offered us flexible rates and competitive terms which is why we went with them. I didn't gel with the first agent JLL assigned to the property but as soon as Charlotte took it over I knew that we had the right agent - Charlotte worked extremely hard to get us the right viewings and always came back with timely feedback which really helped with my nerves! Unfortunately due to the market we had to reduce the property price however this helped to open it up to a load more potential buyers and this meant we were able to get an offer. Our first offer was way off the mark but Charlotte worked with the buyer to increase it to an acceptable level. We then had a difficult and long 7 month period between offer acceptance and exchange in which anyone could have pulled out but Charlotte kept in regular communication and helped to keep the sale progressing. We exchanged with our buyer yesterday despite all of the doom and gloom in the markets and we're really happy with the service we received from JLL - and particularly Charlotte - and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
