Me and my Boyfriend recently moved into our new flat in North Greenwich. JLL has been amazing from the beginning when we were looking for a place to securing an amazing flat. Both Bruna and Dovile has been great at helping us with everything we need. They have especially been great helping us navigate the moving process through the last few months with Covid-19 and social distancing. A huge thank you to Adam and the team at JLL Greenwich for selling our house during what was a very challenging Pandemic lockdown. From liaising with the buyer and solicitors to finalising the sale, he showed true commitment and professionalism. We live in Australia but the distance and different time zone made little difference as his communication was excellent. A fantastic effort all round.

Buying a property in the middle of a pandemic was never going to be easy but Adam certainly helped smooth the way. After having two properties fall through with another company due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we were left with very little time to organise a new flat to move in to. Michael and Bruna very quickly provided us with several great options with clear walk through videos for each property. In a time of uncertainty they ensured we we would have somewhere to live and went above and beyond, working long hours to make sure we were happy and finalising a deal within a week (while they were working from home).
