Michael and the letting team have shown efficiency and professionalism from the start. My property was let out recently with a pair of lovely tenants found through JLL. From initial landlord on-boarding to tenants moving in, all of this was done within a short time frame (and with professional guidance and advice offered throughout). Very happy with the service received so far, and would not hesitate to recommend to other landlords. Update from 21 Jun 2023 - I would like to add that Ahmed ShahidAziz @JLL has been excellent and supportive in managing our property. We would recommend Ahmed and JLL for property management also.

Could not manage without them. They take all the stress away from dealing with repairs, emergencies and direct contact with the tenants. I highly recommend using Houseman Properties as they are reliable, efficient and a pleasure to communicate with. I have already recommended to friends and family.
