Quick response and great communication, despite it took a bit longer than expected to solve the issue in our apartment but I must mention Keeley Wesley who took over our case as a Property Manager and responded very quickly, literally the next day she already started booking an engineer, kept me updated and the issue was fixed at the end as promised.
