We worked with Michael from JLL to try to secure a rental property over the holidays. He went above and beyond negotiating with the landlord on our behalf for pet friendliness and furnishings, but in the end we were unable to move forward with this property. He was amazingly helpful and responsive, despite the difficulty of working during the Christmas season and the slow and inconsistent replies he was getting from the landlord. Great service from JLL.

We recently sold our house using JLL. Michael and Ed were both very friendly, proactive and responsive and helped make the process very smooth. If you choose to use a traditional estate agent I would recommend.

We are extremely happy with the service received from JLL especially from Michael Chu. They made the process of viewing, payments and check in extremely smooth for us. We moved into our new home during COVID times and with a baby on its way. Michael was very accommodating and made our transition to our new home seamless.
