Our Carbon Monoxide alarm went off late at night, so we had to call out the emergency gas service to give us a once over and cut us off. The next morning, I called our Property Manager Keely Wesley, and in under an hour we had a gas repairman giving us a clean bill of health, a brand new CO alarm, and a toasty-warm flat! Can’t thank Keely enough for getting this sorted so, so quickly - partly because of the peace of mind that there are no gas issues, and partly because it’s freezing outside so working heating is vital!! Great experience with Michael Chu who helped us through the purchase of our first home together. Just fantastic! We don’t have enough positive things to say about working with Isobel at JLL Greenwich. She was the least estate agent estate agent we’ve ever dealt with, she spent time and effort to understand our needs and answered any queries we had in the run up. Stayed with the team for three years. Highly professional and they know the ins and outs of managing a property which made things straight forward. Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent. I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.

Houseman properties have managed the letting and upkeep of my flat in Pinner for the last 4 years.
