I’d never normally leave a review, but wanted to because of the professionalism, care and consideration my partner and I received from Rosie Golder at JLL Woodberry Down. She was attentive to our needs, and seemed to genuinely care about what we wanted rather than just seeking a fee. I'd highly recommend her.

Peter Roberts, Laura Matthews and Jalal are a great team. Wonderfully helpful, very responsive and would not hesitate going the extra mile for their client. Understanding and patient too they are. My family and I live in Malaysia and we have an apartment in Woodberry Down. Being 8400km away, we are totally dependant on them in managing our apartment when it is vacant and when we have a tenant. Even the tenant is pleased with their level of service and professionalism. They seem to have our interest at heart. We are so pleased to have them as our managing agent and would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or everyone. Thank you Peter, Laura and Jalal. You guys have been simply great. This was our first purchase, which was met with significant headwinds at several turns. Without the help of Rosie from JLL, I don't think we would have completed the purchase. She and her colleagues were stellar, showing absolute professionalism and even endurance with regard to chasing people up, which was often needed. I would definitely recommend them.
