Jennifer and Leva were really helpful and understanding, we encountered some unexpected incident that caused the already agreed agreed proceed put on halt and with the help of both Jennifer and Leva, the issue was resolved smoothly, notwithstanding, the property was then let speedily again once it was put back into the market at a later stage.

Not my first flat hunting experience but can safely say that Ayesha and Ieva ensured that it was the most pleasant. From day 1, Ayesha was very supportive and patient with all my queries and requests for repeat viewings. Highly recommend the team here specially with the consistently superb support we got from Adam. First time in London and he was there to guide and help us get the best viewings basis our needs. We got in touch with a few other agencies as well, and hands down JLLs support had been the best.
