Gemma was really helpful when it came to the updating our contract for our new housemate. She was very responsive and a great help along the way. Whilst I’ve had a great interaction with Gemma on the tenancy agreement side, the property management side of JLL needs massive improvements when it comes to response times and efficiency in managing house improvements/repairing.

A big thank you to Ayesha Ahmed for helping us find the rental property that we were dreaming of. Ayesha was so responsive and helpful from the very start of the search up until the signing of the contract and the handover with the property manager. She made, what could have been a stressful period into a very smooth and straightforward procedure, without any added complications or ambiguities. Once signed we were allocated to a property manager, Olga Nimets who has been fantastic at helping us set up and is constantly available for whatever query or question we might have. I've really enjoyed my experience with JLL so far and want to congratulate the fantastic team 👏

Our last three tenancies have been through JLL and we have had an excellent experience every time. Jennifer has been incredible in arranging viewings and supporting us with placing offers and advising us. This was especially appreciated with our current tenancy given how competitive the market currently is. We couldn’t love our new home more and wouldn’t be in it without the amazing support from Jennifer and JLL.
