We have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy.
They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.

Have been a tenant with them as agents for 2 years. Fantastic people. Very quick and easy to communicate with, got the couple of "wear and tear" issues resolved as quickly as possible and very easy check in and check out of the flat. Definitely recommend.
