It is tricky to find a satisfactory property during this time and I am very grateful that I met Ayesha and Ieva from JLL. They were actually facing a heavy workload, but Ayesha provided me with professional and efficient assistance, which made it possible for me to move into a very nice flat without any problems. Both the location and the flat were amazing. Ayesha and Ieva were very helpful with my move-in and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property.

Gemma was really helpful when it came to the updating our contract for our new housemate. She was very responsive and a great help along the way. Whilst I’ve had a great interaction with Gemma on the tenancy agreement side, the property management side of JLL needs massive improvements when it comes to response times and efficiency in managing house improvements/repairing.
