Stefania was our property manager for the past year and she has been very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of renting. Couldn’t recommend her enough, she was always very quick to reply and helped to resolve any problem or query that we had!

We have been tenants managed under JLL for the last 3 years. This is one of the best property management and real estate agencies to work with in London. Our property manager is Stafania who has been lovely to communicate with. She has made sure our transition between properties was as stress free as possible. She was quick to organise contractors to attend our current flat for minor repairs and kept us up to date with talks with our previous landlord. A very capable and kind property manager.
