So, despite some friendly pressure from other estate agents, I decided to appoint G&H to sell my apartment. I'm so glad I did! After an initial visit from two staff members, I dealt almost exclusively with Michael Josephides, Senior Sales Negotiator. He regularly kept me informed re updates/queries through texts/calls. The buyer put his own apartment on the market only after having seen mine and G&H dealt with this sale too. This greatly facilitated the process, as Michael was very diligent in pushing all concerned parties on both sides. I think the whole process would have taken much longer without his pro-active approach to everything. He was unfailingly polite and attentive and often went the extra mile to get something done. It was a real pleasure to deal with him and I wish him well in his future career.

Have to give a big shout out to Billy at G&H in Highgate. We’ve been looking for a property and have dealt with several agents in a few different areas of North London. Billy is very personable, professional and helpful and thinks laterally as well. He’s very confident without being cocky and his manner defies his years. He understands what you’re asking for, which isn’t what we’ve found with some others! Well done, Billy!
