Had a very poor experience with Jamie, one of the estate agents. After making an offer on a flat in Brockley, he came across as condescending, patronising and to be frank, rather rude. He went as far as making a few snide remarks. In the end, I withdrew the offer as I wouldn't be comfortable with him managing the process.
