We were really happy with our experience with Bryan & Keegan. From the start Jon was extremely pleasant to deal with. There was no hard sell when he came to value our property and he stayed four times as long as the other agent we had round but at no stage did he rush us. As someone else mentioned it was a pleasant surprise to meet an estate agent who seemed like an actual human who understood what you were looking for rather than seeing pound signs flash past their eyes or be really dismissive. We sold our house within a couple of days and I'm sure that their advice and contacts and good relationships with potential buyers helped with that. Our chain was tricky at times and I sent countless emails, sometimes cc'ing in Jon when not really necessary just so I would have at least one sane person on my side! Michelle was also extreme helpful as were any of the other members of staff who we dealt with. In summary I can't recommend them enough and still need to pop by with a thank you card for the great service we received. Unlikely we will need them again but for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the Crofton Park/Brockley area I'd say go for Bryan & Keegan for sure.

Bryan & Keegan are estate agents who are human and genuinely care about their clients. They manage properties for me, one of which came onto the rental market recently and within less than 5 days of it being advertised, they had 14 viewings! This led to a number of offers and a new tenant - I couldn't have been happier! Throughout the process they informed me of each viewing and fed back any comments from the applicants. Jon and his team are vastly experienced and know the immediate and surrounding areas inside out. I've used other agents in SE4 previous to Byran & Keegan operating, and I have to say they really do reign supreme in comparison. I would highly recommend using them - you won't be disappointed.
