We were really happy with our experience with Bryan & Keegan. From the start Jon was extremely pleasant to deal with. There was no hard sell when he came to value our property and he stayed four times as long as the other agent we had round but at no stage did he rush us. As someone else mentioned it was a pleasant surprise to meet an estate agent who seemed like an actual human who understood what you were looking for rather than seeing pound signs flash past their eyes or be really dismissive. We sold our house within a couple of days and I'm sure that their advice and contacts and good relationships with potential buyers helped with that. Our chain was tricky at times and I sent countless emails, sometimes cc'ing in Jon when not really necessary just so I would have at least one sane person on my side! Michelle was also extreme helpful as were any of the other members of staff who we dealt with. In summary I can't recommend them enough and still need to pop by with a thank you card for the great service we received. Unlikely we will need them again but for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the Crofton Park/Brockley area I'd say go for Bryan & Keegan for sure.

I had spent around a month searching for a property to rent and finally I was very impressed with B&K. I passed throughout 20 different agencies and neither was that good in customer services. It was the only agency which had provided me with a printed property details. Very small detail but so important when a future tenants start to ask lots of specific question during property review. Another very powerful dignity of this agency is that every thing can be arranged very quickly in a very professional way. I am sure they are one of the best agents in terms of customer focus.

Bryan & Keegan were great agents, very helpful with the process of finding a house and very understanding throughout the entire tenancy. They were very efficient in fixing any issues with the house that came up and overall were the best agents I have been with.

The guys did a great job! For all my, frankly speaking, disappointment and distrust for the estate agents as a profession, B&K on the contrary were punctual, open with me about what I was getting and the conditions, on which I was getting it, positive and accommodative to my, no other word for it, urgent timelines and stringent requirements. Saw 2 flats and both were good value and solid quality, but also importantly exactly what i needed. Managed to get me into the second one in 5 days from viewing, with well worded and clear contract. Well done.
