Useless company that doesn't pay on time. *Edit: I've now had a proper response from them and had it explained that one tenant has been late paying their part of the rent, hence the delay, excluding this month where the agent has admitted fault. Until now, I was not informed of this, my review was written without this information. Some accuracy changes have also been made.* I've tried talking to them but rent has been consistently late without explanation, and their policy of retaining any interest to cover 'administration fees' (despite also getting in my case £239.40/Mo of the rent - a percentage of the total - plus more costs for other connected services) is possibly the reason for the constant slowness. The response is "This has been passed on to Jon as he makes all payments" and then finally a transfer many days later, not even always for the full amount, without an explanation or apology. They're a pointless middle man introducing stress and hampering cash flow that cost a lot of money. OpenRent is a much better alternative, as it is far cheaper and tenants are typically very happy with how it works. Today is the 24th September. The tenants need to pay the rent by the 4th of each month, 20 days ago, I have not been informed of any late payments by them. I was told I could expect the money in my account around the 7th, but this is far from consistently happening and as I say, is currently over 2 weeks late - not from the tenants, but the agent. I have my own bills to pay and it costs me money to have to keep making short notice transfers from my investment account because this agent wont pay me on time, and I'm sick of doing it. *Edit: Payment received on the 26th, agent has offered to pay late fees* Note how all the recent reviews are very bad, while only old ones are good - a recent decline in quality perhaps?

Had an awful experience renting with Bryan & Keegan. Generally not sure exactly what they do, as a tenant, when moving in they outsource everything to a third party tech company that requires tons of personal data to get accepted and is all automated, then they were not supportive at all around the time of moving out. Our landlord had an unreasonable request for deductions and been having to chase ever since! Avoid! If you look for tenant specific reviews (including other platforms) you will find lots of other people complaining, wish we had done the same before working with them.

Dear Mihai, We use a referencing company when vetting potential tenants, which is normal for most Estate Agents. Any information provided is held in line with normal GDPR protocols. You allowed your child to consistently draw over the walls and place stickers, which has caused damage above normal wear & tear. Your Toilet was also heavily stained and didnt look like it had been cleaned throughout the tenancy. Your landlord charged £250 towards the cost of repainting the walls (the actual invoice was higher), which isn't unreasonable considering it took three coats of paint to cover the marks. It's also worth noting that a check in was carried out by an independent company at the start of the tenancy, and a check out at the end of the tenancy to ensure a fair review of the condition the property was returned in. Perhaps you should upload those as it would add far more context and a much fairer reflection than your words above.

I had a viewing booked in London on behalf of my sister i made the journey from Leicester only for her to receive a text exactly one hour before the viewing to say it's been cancelled i called to say to say that i am flexible and happy to wait as i made a lengthy train journey only to be told that nothing could be done, terrible service
