The guys did a great job! For all my, frankly speaking, disappointment and distrust for the estate agents as a profession, B&K on the contrary were punctual, open with me about what I was getting and the conditions, on which I was getting it, positive and accommodative to my, no other word for it, urgent timelines and stringent requirements. Saw 2 flats and both were good value and solid quality, but also importantly exactly what i needed. Managed to get me into the second one in 5 days from viewing, with well worded and clear contract.
