We live about 4.5 hours drive from Llanelli, which makes for a few extra problems buying a house there, but Greg made it all much easier - friendly, helpful and professional throughout - from a facetime tour of the property to make sure all was well when we hadn't been able to visit for few weeks to help with distributing the keys to builders even after the purchase had gone through - and it wasn't even a very big value sale. Highly recommended.
