Great service

Johnathan arranged my initial tenancy in 1105. This was over the Christmas period 2019. Everything was done quickly & professionally. The flat was flooded due to a leak in a communal area. Johnathan called me to let me know there was a flat available the same as mine (605) and organised the move. Overall great service & conscientiously managed

Great renting experience

Qube is the best letting agency I have dealt with. Having rented 3 other properties in the North West region, I have by far had the best experience with Qube. From the beginning when I was viewing the property they were professional and accommodating with arranging a repeat viewing and quick with answering questions. Taking out the tenancy was straightforward and clear. During the tenancy, Qube were helpful and responded quickly to my emails. The moving out process was also straightforward, even ‘contactless’. I dealt with Jonathan most times who was very knowledgable and helpful.

We dealt with Qube Residential when we found a flat to rent in Liverpool as they were working with another company. Gary Seed was extremely influential in our decision to move into Jesse Hartley Way. This is due to his professionalism and constantly answering any questions, both on email, text and phone call, which we had regarding the property. I really appreciate how he showed us round the flat, not one, but twice before we moved in to ensure that we were happy with the flat. I really really appreciate all of the effort which Gary went to prior to us moving in, as well as, since moving in has said if we have issues we can contact him. Gary also made the move in process very easy.
