After reviewing the options for managed letting agents from local and national firms I settled on Qube as Jonathan was very responsive and other reviewers had left glowing remarks so I felt like I was in safe hands. Since instructing them to let the property Qube has been very quick to market it and find a suitable tenant. There were a few issues that needed sorting and Jonathan & Sean have been able to rapidly find good value contractors to quickly come in and repair/replace items to get the most value out of the property. I have been handling this process from overseas and what I thought would be a nightmare has actually been an incredibly smooth process to preparing the property and securing a good stable tenant thanks to the hard work and excellent communication from the Qube team.
