Great renting experience

Qube is the best letting agency I have dealt with. Having rented 3 other properties in the North West region, I have by far had the best experience with Qube. From the beginning when I was viewing the property they were professional and accommodating with arranging a repeat viewing and quick with answering questions. Taking out the tenancy was straightforward and clear. During the tenancy, Qube were helpful and responded quickly to my emails. The moving out process was also straightforward, even ‘contactless’. I dealt with Jonathan most times who was very knowledgable and helpful.

Gary has gone over and above to get us our sale, and ensured it all went through smoothly. Even on completion he was finalising details out of normal working hours. He kept things on track for us and ensured that we had no concerns from start to finish. Gary Seed was extremely influential in our decision to move into Jesse Hartley Way. This is due to his professionalism and constantly answering any questions, both on email, text and phone call, which we had regarding the property. I really appreciate how he showed us round the flat, not one, but twice before we moved in to ensure that we were happy with the flat. I really really appreciate all of the effort which Gary went to prior to us moving in, as well as, since moving in has said if we have issues we can contact him. Gary also made the move in process very easy.

I had to search for the flat in extremely tight deadline to move in with my wife and child who were coming from overseas. Initially there was minor miscommunication but Tom Huber was helpful to resolve it and helped in the fastest possible timelines to move in. Separate "thank you" to him for being so helpful and professional. Flat itself is a great value for money, new furniture and good floor plan. Good experience, especially since things were in rush and under stress back in time!

Absolutely fantastic place, from the minute you walk in nothing is too much trouble, from start to finish communication was perfect. Sean and Joel in Manchester are the best thing since sliced bread!
