I recently worked with Helen Burnett and had a great experience with Qube and Helen. She was very friendly and responded to emails promptly. I would happily work with her again in the future.
1st class lettings renewal service. Strongly recommend Qube to find suitable tenants promptly
Qube Residential have let and managed our property in Silkhouse court for many years. They have always acted in a professional way in every aspect. Despite recent issues with Silkhouse they have continued to keep us informed throughout the problems despite none of these issues having been their fault.

Hi all, a truly professional service from qube Residential from searching for the new tenant to hand over . Special thanks to Diane.
Helen helped me back in September. Easy, painless and quick turnaround to move into my new flat.
Additionally, the professionalism I have found in dealing with tenant issues are second to none. Very helpful, resourceful and I have great faith in them 'looking out for me.'
