We dealt with Qube Residential when we found a flat to rent in Liverpool as they were working with another company. The service we received from Gary was great and the main reason we chose to go ahead with the tenancy. Gary showed us round the flat twice and answered all our questions fully and quickly. This is due to his professionalism and constantly answering any questions, both on email, text and phone call, which we had regarding the property. I really appreciate how he showed us round the flat, not one, but twice before we moved in to ensure that we were happy with the flat. I really really appreciate all of the effort which Gary went to prior to us moving in, as well as, since moving in has said if we have issues we can contact him. I had to search for the flat in extremely tight deadline to move in with my wife and child who were coming from overseas. Initially there was minor miscommunication but Tom Huber was helpful to resolve it and helped in the fastest possible timelines to move in. Separate "thank you" to him for being so helpful and professional. Flat itself is a great value for money, new furniture and good floor plan. Good experience, especially since things were in rush and under stress back in time!
