Qube Residential Liverpool

From start to finish Helen has been a total delight to deal with. Qube Residential have been responsible for renting out and managing my property for many years and the service has never fallen below impeccable. Professional and tremendous attention to detail providing the best quality service. I could not imagine working with anyone else.

Excellent Property management by Qube residentials. the team has always been proactive in managing both the tenants and landlord's expectations and concerns. I have been dealing with them since I bought my property and have had an amazing experience. Good luck and all the best.

I have known and dealt with Jonathan at Qube Residential for over five years. They are my nominated letting agents for my property in Liverpool. Qube under leadership of Jonathan run a very efficient team, and have had no issues with them. They are excellent at getting new tenants, and communicate well with the tenants. They promptIy attend to any complaints or issues tenants may have. They are also very good at keeping landlords posted. I highly recommend Qube Residential if you are looking to rent a property, or landlord who is looking for letting agent.

I have used Qube property management services for almost 5 years and have always been impressed with their level of service and professionalism. Silkhouse Court has had a number of issues unrelated to Qube but they have dealt with these in a timely manner and have kept all parties informed of progress as and when required. Jonathan Cook has been our main contact and I would highly recommend him and the team at Qube for any property management services.

Jonathan Cook and his team have been very user-friendly to deal with, so much so that I have now aggregated several of my UK buy-to-let properties over to them and away from other agents. They are very efficient, responsive and professional, which is important given that I live overseas in a different time zone. I am very grateful for the high quality service they provide.

As landlord, we unfortunately had some trespasser occupied our property for a period of time. Kane and Jonathan has been very supportive and doing a great job getting the trespasser out from the property. As property manager, Kane is extremely profession and knowledgeable. He has done a job above and beyond. Thanks Kane for your excellent work!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Lily Boswell and the entire team at Manning Stainton Moortown in Leeds for the excellent service we’ve received over the past few years. …

Our experience with Manning Stainton (Moortown) was great, having rented with them for almost 5 years. The moving out process was seamless as well. We had different housing managers over the period, but having Teddy for the last few years …

Easy and straightforward from the beginning and Diane was very helpful along the way.

Kane is my property manager and was amazing in helping me with my query and speaking to the landlord. I cannot recommend him highly enough he was understanding and persistent for me
