Pleasant experience of buying a house
Outstanding service from beginning to end, buying a house being the most stressful thing I've ever done, the staff made it all so much easier by going above and beyond for me to ensure it all went smooth.

Excellent
Ellie-May always kept us informed during the buying process, and as a first time buyer there were a lot of steps etc that I was unaware / unsure of but she was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend.
Landlord
Used these guys for 10 years and would most definitely recommend.
Purchase of Flat
Professional, reliable and overall a vast improvement on other 'big brand' estate agents we've used in the past! Would certainly use Kathy and her team again!
Very professional
We have dealt with Northwood for a number of years now and would highly recommend anyone to either sell or buy a property with this estate agent. The communication and great service from Ellie Ealey is of a high standard and is very professional.
A very professional and co-operative service
Northwood Liverpool (primarily Emma Canavan and Ellie-may Johnston) recently helped to smooth a rather laborious house sale. They were very professional and helpful and I would recommend their services without hesitation.
