I would highly recommend Graham Butt Agents to anyone. Their handling of my sale was dealt with professionally, swiftly with utmost attention to detail. However, they really impressed when on the day of Contract exchange my Seller pulled out of her sale causing the whole chain to collapse. James Butt stepped in personally and showed great negotiation, tenacity and creativity to get it all back on track to complete within 2 weeks. James and his team recovered the situation with significantly more input than any other Agent in the chain and as such deserve a 12 out of 10 for the service provided. A great result provided by a really competent and professional set of individuals!

I bought my house in Littlehampton with Graham Butt Estate Agents in 2009. I moved on in 2017 but kept the house as a rental property, and it made sense to have Graham Butt manage it. This year I have had a tenant move out and have had to update and refurbish the house for a new tenant. Everything was handled superbly by Graham Butt Estate Agents and it was a surprisingly stress-free process from my perspective. I work at sea and therefore could not view the works, but Kate at Graham Butt Estate Agents handled everything superbly - professional, precise, but also with kindness and understanding. I was very impressed that she invited my mother to come and view the work that had been carried out before sending me the invoice. Another bonus was that the invoices for all the different suppliers had been compiled into one invoice to Graham Butt, and therefore I only had one simple payment to make. Highly recommended.
