Always had very good response to any issue we have had.

A1 service from buying, letting and selling - yes, they have done the lot for me with a very, professional, personal attitude and manner.

Excellent service from start to finish. Extremely streamlined, friendly and honest service. Annabel at our Rustington branch went above and beyond.

An amazing 5* service from start to finish! From valuation, excellent photos and two asking price offers within days, we were never in any doubt we had chosen the right estate agent to market our property.

It has been a pleasure to have bought a house through Graham Butt Estate Agents. Their friendly agents and excellent communication have made the ups and downs of the house buying process so much smoother and leas stressful.

Great service - 5 star experience from start to finish. Having worked with a few of the local agents in littlehampton/Rustington now, James and his team are by far the best. If you're looking to sell your property, give them a call. Very transparent, honest, easy to do with.

Graham Butt have been a brilliant estate agent to work with, very flexible, highly communicative and very proactive.
